Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedule Coordinate & communicate with customers to schedule return service as necessary Maintain accurate customer billing information Use clear and concise communication with management, technicians, customers, and peers REQUIRED JOB
Qualifications:
Multi-tasker Good organizational skills Above-average time management skills Excellent telephone etiquette Excellent customer service skills Promote and maintain a TEAMWORK mentality thereby treating management, technicians, customers, and peers (both in-person and on the phone) with respect Geographical knowledge of the company service area and/or accurate map reading skills Knowledge of the scope of work for our company and our service industry Above average computer skills to include Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook Possess the desire, ability, and willingness to make changes necessary in the work environment to facilitate company growth and personal development DAILY JOB DUTIES:
Taking incoming calls and routing them to the appropriate party Entering and scheduling service calls as calls are received Forecasting service workload for each Service Technician 2-3 days out when possible Calling customers with a Parts Pending status as parts are ordered, received, and return service is scheduled Ordering parts for repairs and/or special projects Monitoring the status of parts ordered and ETA for delivery Preparing and filing warranty claims with required paperwork, and documentation Preparing and sending daily customer billing Benefit Conditions:
