Outdoor setting Positive work environment Self-motivated team players Landscape Maintenance Foreman/Crew Leader Position is for a self-motivated person who is comfortable managing a landscape maintenance route 5 days a week and managing supporting staff.
Job requires working with landscape equipment such as:
professional mower, line trim, edger, blower, and is able to trim bushes, pull/spray weeds, audit irrigation and repair.
Additional responsibilites include working with scheduling software, returning customer calls/texts/emails promptly, and meeting with customers.
Delegating duties to supporting staff and managing time efficiently is required.
40 hour work week with most benefits included, long term position.
