Responsibilities:
Develop behavior and treatment plans for all clients within the ABA model Review and sign off on treatment plans for Registered Behavior Techs and provide field supervision when necessary Function in a supervisory capacity and provide oversight to all areas of programming including the training of Registered Behavior Techs Provide ongoing support and training to Registered Behavior Techs and families Provide consultation and support to management Maintain all data, paperwork, and notes in a timely fashion Within county travel to provide in home support to clients and families Remain up to date with the latest education in the field Qualifications Master's degree in special education or related human services field BACB Certified Valid driver's license and current car insurance Medicaid provider a plus but not required Demonstrative behavior management, instructional, and communication skills Job Types:
