- wide variety of administrative functions of the office including but not limited to the following - Answering phones, emails and Scheduling - QuickBooks - Plan and coordinate social media posts - Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff members - Reports - Entering Time and job information - Inputting new client info and orders into software, preparing quote sheets for management Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Knowledge of office management procedures and systems - Multi-tasking - Proficient in administrative and clerical tasks - Teamwork Note:
